Class Descriptions
Power Hour: Our signature class. A full hour of continuous, full body blasting!
Extended Energy: This class is designed to get your blood flowing so you can make it through the day.
HIP (High Intensity Pump): Our most intense class. It's Power Hour packed into 30 minutes.
Lunch Crunch: The perfect way to fit exercise into your workday! Spend 30 minutes and get your workout on and energized for the afternoon. It's quick and always different!
After Work Meltdown: This class is focused on relieving the stresses of the day with a fun and functional workout!
