Joanne specializes in upper extremity rehabilitation. She has lived and practiced in South Orange County for the last 17 years. She is married with one child. Her special interests include music, the performing arts, cooking and recreational cycling.

Matthew is RSM's Physical Therapy Employment Testing Coordinator. He has performed over 900 employment tests, including many Functional Capacity Evaluations.
Matt and his wife Kristie are both Orange County natives and live in Rancho Santa Margarita. A former collegiate basketball player himself, Matt has coached for several years at the high school level. His hobbies include running, playing golf and watching college football.
